Warranties & Returns

Product Warranty

Our products are covered by a 3-Year Top-to-Bottom Warranty against defects in original materials and craftsmanship. This warranty includes the frame, ribs, finial, tilt mechanism, crank-to-lift mechanism and housing, fabric canopy, rib pockets, and seams. If a defect in materials or workmanship is found within 3 years of the purchase date, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.

Fabric Warranty

Outdoor acrylic fabrics are covered by limited warranties from their respective manufacturers, which protect against fading, dry rot, and shrinkage. Please note: these warranties do not cover labor costs for installation performed by dealers.

Sattler/Outdura®

    • Outdura® 8-oz. upholstery-grade fabrics (100% solution-dyed acrylic) are backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

    • Sattler 9.25-oz. awning-grade (marine) fabrics (100% solution-dyed acrylic) are backed by a 6-year limited warranty.

Sunbrella®

    • Sunbrella® 8-oz. upholstery-grade fabrics (100% solution-dyed acrylic) are backed by a 6-year limited warranty.

    • Sunbrella® 9.25-oz. awning-grade (marine) fabrics (100% solution-dyed acrylic) are backed by a 10-year limited warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature (including but not limited to wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms, and animals). If a defect is determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product and cover return shipping. If the issue is not covered, the customer will be responsible for all repair, replacement, and return shipping costs.

Wind Damage

Wind damage is not covered under warranty. Umbrellas should never be left unattended while open, especially in windy conditions. We strongly recommend using a properly weighted base with tightening screws. During high winds, umbrellas should be closed, removed from their base, and laid horizontally or securely stored. These precautions help reduce the risk of damage to your umbrella, furniture, and surrounding property.

Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect all items upon delivery and notify us of any shipping damage within 3 days. We are not responsible for damages or loss caused by the carrier. Once notified, we will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement item to the customer.

Warranty Claims Process

All warranty claims are subject to review by our warranty team. In many cases, this determination can be made using customer-supplied pictures of the affected product. If this determination cannot be made using pictures, customers are responsible for shipping products to us for inspection and repair. We are happy to assist with repairs or replacements for wind-damaged umbrellas, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of parts, repairs, and shipping both ways.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Because our products are custom-built and made-to-order, returns are subject to the following conditions:

    • Return Authorization Required: Please contact us prior to returning any item. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items to cover production and handling costs.

    • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and packaged in their original packaging or equivalent. Products showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    • Non-Returnable Items: Special orders, clearance, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
